A: Yes, certain authentic vintage cards have been inserted in some
booster packs for Zendikar.

A: These cards are actual original cards, not reprints.

As a general policy, we don’t disclose collation for a given card set.
There are over 90 different vintage cards.

Q: Why did Wizards insert vintage cards in Zendikar boosters?
A: The cards fit the game play and theme of the Zendikar set which is
about ‘deadly perils and priceless treasures’.

Q: Which vintage cards did you insert?
Consistent with the game play and theme of the set, we included some of
the most powerful cards in Magic’s history.

Q: Can I play these vintage cards in a tournament?
A: These vintage cards retain their current status in the tournament
environment. They are allowed in certain organized play formats that can
be found on www.magicthegathering.com.

Q: Are vintage cards inserted in all Zendikar boosters? Including
reprints?
Vintage cards, like all cards in Magic, are not available in all packs.
We do not disclose collation information.

No. No vintage cards are inserted in Magic Online Zendikar boosters.

Podem sair nos boosters de zendikar, sendo que estas substituirão o land básico que vem  no booster. Supõe-se que a  probabilidade de sair uma destas cartas num booster é de 1 em cada 20 box de boosters, mais coisa menos coisa.

-Tourney rules have been updated to clarify that cards opened in packs not belonging to that set aren’t limited legal, and if deck swaps are done, you keep the cards not belonging to the set.
-The cards replace the basic land in the pack
-According to CaptainBlack, the distribution is random, and equates roughly to 1 in 20 boxes, or 1 in 720 boosters. 1 out of 120 sealed players will be staring at one of these cards at the prerelease.
According to Pat Chapin’s twitter, these equate to one in 37 boxes….OR 1 in 50 boxes, depending on his meaning.
-This doesn’t break the reserve list because these are existing copies of the cards inserted into packs. It doesn’t technically put more into circulation…just recirculates cards.
-The cards are ONLY LEGAL in the format they are legal in already. I’m guessing these are all eternal format cards.
-It appears that the qualifier for these cards is…they are old and awesome.

No site da WOTC encontra-se um artigo, por Mark Rosewater, que fala essencialmente de planechase, mas no final tem um parágrafo dedicado a Zendikar. Segundo ele farão parte de Zendikar:

*  A card that is a two-card kill combo with a rare card in Magic 2010.
* A spell capable of making a 14/1 token.
* A creature that can sacrifice itself to make a planeswalker go to the graveyard.
* A legendary octopus
* A spell that can allow you for no mana to put a creature from your library into play.
* A card with the reminder text “The land continues to burn…”
* A card that allows you to pay eight mana for four 4/4 fliers
* A creature whose rules text includes the phrase “you win the game.”
* A cycle of cards that players have been begging us to print for years.

No site de MTGSalvation já se encontra um post, por parte do responsável por grande parte dos spoilers e com contactos no interior da WOTC, que dá com 90% de certeza o lançamento do novo ciclo de Fetch Lands, nas combinações de cores que faltavam. A ser verdade já faz valer a pena o pré-release
